Being an Independent Sales Rep for XAPP Design Inc. is a great way to attain sales success! We offer a competitive commission-based compensation plan with recurring income opportunity. You will be selling the most in-demand products on the market, which EVERY business needs!
Earn recurring revenue from any purchase your client makes, over the LIFETIME of the client. As long as you continue to be a representative for us you will make income (minimum 2 new website sales per month to earn residual income)
Once you have demonstrated a level of success at closing clients on your own (minimum 2 new sales per month) we will start providing leads to you to help grow your business even more!
We pay 20% commission on all sales. On top of that if you sell 5 or more websites per month you get 5% additional income and if you sell 10 sites or more you get 10% additional income. This means you could be making 25% or 30% commission on all sales for that month.
You provide the hard work which will lead to great rewards. You will need to be comfortable with cold calling, warm calling (meaning we provide leads occasionally), and managing your time and clients. An ISR must maintain contact with all clients in their area and conduct follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.

This is HUGE for you as an ISR because we fully understand you, your clients, and can help in discussions, closing sales, and post-sale support. It’s becoming more important that companies work with local suppliers, and with us you can now sell that aspect which will help you close sales.
We have nearly 20 consecutive years in this industry, and have seen it all! As an ISR you can be confident that we fully understand all the various web related technologies and will lead your clients in the right direction.
It is recommended that you have had some outside sales experience OR that you are very comfortable dealing with executives and some sort of experience that would lend itself to sales success, such as cold calling to build your sales funnel.
